Your Plan Management Team

Skylight Mental Health has offered NDIS Plan Management for participants for over 6 years, and we have seen many changes in that time! From staff to systems and the scheme as a whole, there is always something new. Our team’s commitment and dedication to providing the best service stays the same. Unlike some Plan Management services where you will never speak to the same person twice, Skylight Plan Management is a close-knit team that values fostering relationships and understanding participants and their goals.

Joshua
Joshua has been part of our Plan Management team for over five years. He loves Skylight’s culture, which is centred around our core values of understanding, connection, optimism, and courage. Joshua’s love for coffee is well-known in the office—he’s often spotted rushing to the coffee van as soon as it arrives! But more than that, he’s dedicated to helping participants achieve their goals. Since joining Skylight in 2019, Joshua has had the privilege of supporting some participants continuously, and seeing them succeed is what he finds most rewarding.

Lauren
Lauren has been with Skylight for over two years. She comes from a farming background in Western Australia, and her day often starts with the sound of her chooks crowing in the backyard. Lauren brings a sense of positivity and groundedness to her work every day, perfectly embodying Skylight’s vision of fostering a South Australian community that understands mental illness and responds with confidence, respect, and hope.

Mark
We’re also thrilled to welcome Mark to our Plan Management team. Many of you may already know Mark from his nearly four years on our Customer Relationship Team, where he was known for his excellent service. Now, as he joins our team, we’re excited to see the positive impact he’ll have in this new role.

At Skylight, we’re always here to support our participants in any way we can. If you’d like to learn more about our NDIS Plan Management services, please use the chat function on this page!
